Our client is a young property developer with the ambition to create modern, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing homes.
At the time of its launch, the company was only just establishing its own brand, and we came on board during its formative stages.
This case demonstrates how a comprehensive approach helps create a strong and effective brand presence in digital.
Identity
Task:
To create a recognisable and flexible brand identity for all online channels whilst maintaining the brand’s architectural restraint.
Key principles

The “Apartment Selection” feature
— an interactive module for quickly selecting a block, floor and flat.

— a WordPress website with a custom design, responsive layout, basic SEO optimisation and integrations (map, dynamic content).

A combination of campaigns focused on traffic, lead generation and engagement to drive steady growth in key performance indicators.
What was done?
1) Brand and category search campaigns on Google Ads to drive targeted traffic.
2) A PMax campaign in Google Ads to increase the number of forms submitted via the website.
3) Advertising campaigns on Meta’s lead forms to scale up relevant leads.
4) Advertising on Meta using posts to engage the target audience on the ZhK social network.
5) A Meta traffic campaign to increase website traffic.
SMM (Social Media Marketing)
What was done?
We built the residential complex’s brand communication on social media from scratch, positioning these platforms as a space for people to discover the project and build trust.
We developed an SMM strategy and tone of voice (cosiness, care, inspiration) and launched a regular content programme featuring the construction process, the atmosphere of the complex and emotional features that convey the brand’s values.
We utilised Reels, Stories, posts and interactive content as a unified system and integrated social media marketing with advertising to drive traffic and generate leads.
Social media has become a channel for raising awareness and engaging with potential buyers even before construction is complete.
